Glossop Heritage Trust began to operate a Blue Plaque scheme in 2014. New pages will be added to the web site as new plaques are unveiled. Links to the pages are listed below.
In order to maintain the prestige and value of the award, Glossop Heritage Trust will award Blue Plaques as and when it judges necessary, according to the following criteria:

The Blue Plaque for Edmund Potter unveiled in 2014.
The Blue Plaque for Matthew Ellison Hadfield unveiled in 2015.
The Blue Plaque for Robert Hamnett unveiled in 2016.
The Blue Plaque for Howard Park and Wood’s Baths and Hospital unveiled in 2018.
The Blue Plaque for Mary Alice Partington unveiled in 2019.
The Blue Plaque for Charles Augustus Ollivierre unveiled in 2022.
The Blue Plaque for Glossop North End and Sir Samuel Hill-Wood unveiled in 2025.
